**If you drop your vehicle off on a Friday, please know that you will not see your Repair Order number until Monday when the website is updated.

**Please allow 24 hours from the time you drop off your vehicle to get the most accurate Status and Estimated Completion Date.

If you do not see your Repair Order number, call us and we'll let you know!

What is the Estimated Completion Date?
The Estimated Completion Date is the day that we believe your vehicle will be complete. Due to unforseen circumstances, this date IS subject to change.

When will the damage to my vehicle be estimated?
Because of high vehicle intake, the assigned estimator has 72 hours from the time you drop off your vehicle to write the estimate. As soon as the estimate is written, the status will be changed from "Write Estimate" to either "Dispatch to Technician" or "Body."

How accurate is the status of my vehicle?
Our website is updated every morning by 12:00, giving us the chance to get a more accurate status for you by waiting for the daily vehicle report to be printed and updated by the Manager.
